Alex & Simon Intimate Wedding at Leeds Town Hall

Due to the Lockdown 2.0 announcement last year, Alex & Simon’s late November wedding was cancelled and rearranged with less than 24 hours to go. I received a very panicked message from Alex that read something along the lines of: “Freya this is totally mad but I don’t suppose you are free tomorrow morning? I think we’re getting married!!?”

We met in Leeds city centre on the steps of the Town Hall at 9am the following day, just 6 of us, and I had the most gorgeous 2 hours I have EVER photographed first thing on a Tuesday morning in November. They had a heartfelt, intimate registry office ceremony before heading to Temple Newsam for a walk in the autumnal sunshine and a few photos.
