If I had to pick three words to describe Monika and Joe's wedding they would be: intimate, urban and effortless. They tied the knot in Sheffield Town Hall with just their close family - Joe's half sat in the registry office and Monika's side watching on facetime all the way from Poland. Monika is a fellow creative and went from being a client to a friend as we sent ideas back and forth and planned photo opportunities! Her dress was beaded, vintage and beautiful which she paired with her late grandma's gold earrings and the most gorgeous bouquet of deep and blush pinks, purples and lots of green. After the ceremony we dashed in the rain from the Town Hall to Sheffield Winter Garden, which is a huge glasshouse and filled with more than 2,500 plants from around the world. It was the perfect location for family and individual portraits (you'd never have guessed it was overcast and rainy outside). On the walk to Silversmiths we snapped some city feel photos, as well as taking full advantage of their rich blue frontage. I hope you enjoy a peak at Monika and Joe's city wedding!
